We can then proceed to activate our international network for staff. The method allows you to acquire qualified workers familiar with your operations in a tight labour market. Training plans are drafted based on the actual requirements of the position to be filled. This means performing a careful breakdown of a specific job description to determine if and where potential areas need to be addressed in a modular fashion to quickly upskill the international technician. This may include GWO training in the wind sector, for example, which can be conducted by our training partner RelyOn Nutec in 26 international locations. It may also include language training in German which can be conducted online both before and after hire. We also support professional recognition if this is in fact required for work to be undertaken in Germany.
We have a rapidly growing pool of green technicians located around the world. Training programs with greentech.training can therefore be rolled out to a pre-selected groups of skilled engineers, for example, following an interview. This means companies can strategically plan their HR intake a full season in advance for selected professions.
We work with some of the world's leading universities to firstly pool our candidates. We also take direct applications from engineers and green technicians already working in the field with experience to show. During the connection phase between companies and the technicians accepted for hire, we determine where the knowledge gaps are and then work as a facilitator to ensure these are filled by the first day of work. This can be performed during the visa process, for example, and can continue after arrival, such as with German professional fluency training. The entire process may take between one and six months, depending of a variety of factors such as visa wait time, and if professional recognition support is required.
