By upskilling participants in technical German and guiding them towards jobs in solar, wind, hydrogen and other areas of renewables, we offer a holistic service designed to make green technicians internationally mobile. Technical word sets are incorporated into live grammar and vocabulary exercises from CEF A2 levels and up, enabling quick mastery of the German equivalent for tools, processes and safety regulations. Acceptance into our Bridging Program is based on the transferability of skills into the green energy market, which is why we accept applicants from the fields of engineering, IT and the environmental sciences. A shortened Bridging Program is also possible for those who have already learnt to CEF A1.1.

German for green technicians From €199

Teachers of the Bridging Program are located internationally, allowing for classes to start at 8:30 am and 4 pm local time in multiple regions. Until November 20, 2023, participants can purchase the A1.1 Learning Block individually to try the course with no obligation to continue with the full Bridging Program.

Starting from CEF-A1, 432 units of intensive technical German taught by experienced professionals who bring you to professional competency (B1.2).
After CEF-A2, we publicly announce you to our network of green energy partners via Linkedin as an official member of the Bridging Program.
After CEF-B1, we begin emailing individual energy partners looking for your skillset in an effort to set up interviews. This is a free service as part of our recruitment efforts.
In the last week of the Program, you receive 12 further units of intensive interview and integration training to prepare you for a successful transition to Germany.
Participants are awarded two certificates during the course: i) A2 General German via our authorised testing partner for visa submission and ii) B1.2 Technical German.
During the Program, we support you with both you professional recognition application and then the skilled-worker visa application process once you have acquired the A2 certificate. We will continue seeking to arrange interviews for you during and for up to one year after your arrival in Germany.

What's included in A learning block

72 Units of intensive training in German taught by experienced professionals who can quickly bring you from one CEF sub-level to the next.
Minimum class size for all levels from 15 per group.
Incorporation of technical German from A2.1 onwards.
Workplace interaction training so that you feel comfortable talking in about past, future and present challenges, and how to overcome them.
Entrance into our pool of green technicians once you complete B1.2.
A single Learning Block is normally priced at €399 but until November 15 can be purchased for €199 as a special offer for new technicians.

What's included in A One-to-One course

Super-intensive training in German taught by an experienced professional who can quickly bring you from one CEF sub-level to the next in your field of learning.
Focus on your individual career steps, what you have learnt, where you plan to be, interview training, and close examination of technical texts in your field of learning.
If you book One-to-One training online, a minimum booking of 10 units is required. You can spread the 10 lessons over two months.
A One-to-One course starts at €550.
