How we work
We source internationally for the people able to power the global green transition. Capacity development partners include universities and trade schools, while we also accept direct applications from jobseekers. Internally we upskill via a framework aimed at integrating talent into partners active in the water, energy and food security nexus.
We also offer firms training and guidance on assessing and integrating international staff. We work closely with UN entities such as the IOM to provide companies a trusted network to plan their recruitment up to a year in advance.
