Biophilic Design
Led by the experienced consultant and TEDx speaker Rita Trombin, this day-long intensive seminar and workshop is designed to give human resource and sustainability managers, campaign planners, environmental engineers and project managers the tools and strategies to create mental wellbeing at multiple levels of stakeholdership. By incorporating good Biophilic Design practices into the workplace, HR teams can enhance productivity and engagement in both physical and digital spaces. Meanwhile planners, sustainability managers and engineers engaged with community stakeholders can improve cross-sectional acceptance of building developments by conceiving them to work in harmony with nature. About the Trainer
Environmental Psychologist and Biophilic Design Expert Rita Thrombin is on a mission to reconnect people with nature, especially in urban and indoor spaces where the majority of the world’s population spends 90% of their time. Her work in over 35 countries has helped to shape her as a researcher, lecturer, consultant, author and public speaker. She now helps people take care of themselves by taking care of their own environment and in the process generating a positive impact on the community and the world we live in.
