greentech.training is pleased to announce Einstieg für Aufstieg gGmbH will help power the new Solar Catalyst Program designed to link international green technicians on refugee status in Berlin with companies working to reduce humanity’s carbon footprint. The community integrative initiative specifically aims to bring those with experience in the following disciplines together with solar firms based in the Berlin and Brandenburg area, and, more broadly, with renewable energy firms Germany-wide:

This list of professions is not exhaustive and only partially defines those who can apply as a green technician. Early applications can be made through our partner in Berlin “Einstieg für Aufstieg” or directly online. Those with a level of B1.2 German can enter our pool of green technicians directly for introduction to cluster partners. Those without this level of German can opt to commence our Bridging Program designed to upskill green technicians to German professional fluency affordably and in quick time. More details here.

As a component of the Solar Catalyst program, we are currently in the process of preparing apprenticeship placement opportunities for high-achieving, community-focused 16 to 26 year olds.
