We recruit and prepare international green technicians for Germany’s energy transition. We serve cluster partners operating in the fields of offshore and onshore wind, solar, heat-pump installation, hydrogen and geothermal energy.
• Writing reports about environmental impacts of operations and making recommendations for improvement
• Collaborating with other managers to develop company-wide sustainability initiatives such as recycling programs or alternative fuel vehicles
• Developing a company’s environmental policies and procedures, including recycling programs, alternative energy use, and water conservation efforts
• Monitoring environmental impacts of company operations and making recommendations for improvement
• Coordinating projects with contractors to ensure that construction projects meet environmental standards
• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations by working with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders
• Creating plans for reducing the organization’s carbon footprint through conservation measures such as recycling, using green technology, and installing solar panels on buildings
• Creating metrics to track progress towards goals such as greenhouse gas emissions reduction or water conservation goals
• Developing strategies to reduce waste production and increase recycling rates within the organization
All positions offered through us are socially secured and based in multiple regions across Germany. This means relocation may be required. We support both technicians and companies with internal relocation services and professional recognition via the IHK/HWK (for electrical installation activities and/or where desired by the company) We also provide help with additional supporting documents related to work permits.

If you do not speak B1.2 German but your qualifications meet basic requirements, you will be invited to take part in our Bridging Program. The program provides international energy and environmental professionals intensive and specialised German professional fluency courses to help improve employment chances in the energy transition.
In some cases, we may also invite those with several years experience and no German to record an introductory video. This is decided on a case by case basis. Please allow 14 days for a response.
