ABOUT US
Our organisation recruits and prepares international green technicians for Germany’s energy transition. We work as a bridge between the migrant and refugee community and companies working to reduce humanity’s carbon footprint. We incorporate AI in our training and ask trainers to be familiar with AI tools such as Chatgpt.
We are currently looking for both experienced and assistant teachers looking to gain experience in the world of online tuition with a focus on green energy.
Job Description:
- Preparing lesson plans
- Delivering lessons for groups of up to 15 or one-to-ones
- Assigning homework & administering tests to identify each individual’s learning needs
- Evaluating student work and maintaining records
Qualification:
- We ask our head teachers to have experience in training German online to groups and assistant teachers to be currently learning to become a teacher either online or via a university
- German Level must be native or near-native (C1) equivalent
- Strong student references for head teachers, demonstration of current training program for assistant teachers.
- Demonstrated ability with digital tools for interactive learning activities
- You should be comfortable incorporating on-the-fly digital solutions and be quick on your feet to address the questions of highly qualified engineering candidates.
