These T&Cs apply to the YES Europe Voucher Code Offer
The voucher code offer is organized by greentech.training (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), located in Goerzallee 299, 14167 Berlin as represented by Jerome Goerke.
Eligibility
The offer is exclusively available to companies that:
a. Are registered in the European Union, with a valid VAT identification number.
b. Are actively engaged in the energy sector, specifically in the provision of energy solutions or services.
c. Employ a minimum of 20 full-time staff at the time of application.
d. Are seeking to recruit at least five new staff members in roles related to the energy sector.
In cases of doubt, applicants are welcome to contact the Organizer via the email below.
Code Use
a. The voucher code can only be used to register for the Green Energy Career Day on 29th November 2024.
b. The voucher entitles the eligible company to one free ticket per code.
c. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another event.
Donation Commitment
a. For each company that registers using the voucher code, the Organizer will donate €100 to Young leader in Energy and Sustainability–a non-profit association registered by the Federal Statistical Office (FSO) of Switzerland and governed by Articles 60 and following of the Swiss Civil Code (CHE-237.655.892).
b. The total donation is capped at €1,000 (maximum of 10 companies).
c. Donations will be made within 30 days of the event date based on actual attendance of those registered.
Registration and Verification
a. Companies must register via the official event platform using the voucher code by Thursday 5pm, 21. November, 2024.
b. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility criteria, including requesting proof of the company’s engagement in the energy sector, employee count, and recruitment intentions.
c. In cases where eligibility requirements are not met, the Organizer reserves the right to void the voucher code and cancel the registration.
Liability
a. The Organizer is not liable for any technical issues that may prevent the use of the voucher code.
b. The Organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by the participants.
Data Protection
a. By registering for the event using the voucher code, companies agree to the processing of their data for the purposes of event organization and donation administration.
b. Data will be handled in compliance with the Organizer’s Privacy conditions.
Modifications and Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not infringe on the rights of participants already registered under this offer.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.
