We’re pleased to announce that we are now a cluster network member of WAB e.V.

Based in Bremerhaven, WAB e.V. is the contact for the offshore wind energy industry in Germany, the onshore network in the northwest of the country while promoting the production of “green” hydrogen from wind power.

WAB e.V. is an advocate for the offshore and onshore wind energy industry and, in particular, for German manufacturing SMEs at all relevant political levels.

The association includes around 250 smaller and larger companies as well as institutes from all areas of the wind energy industry, the maritime industry and research.

As an association, it helps to secure qualified jobs for the German wind industry so as to keep it one of the leading supply chains for the world market.

Our goal is to support WAB by recruiting and upskilling qualified international workers for hire with cluster partners operating both offshore and onshore.

We do this by sourcing technicians from a wide spectrum of energy professions, preparing them in German fluency and introducing them to partners we then support with visa processes, relocation and HWK recognition.

We can also prepare future staff in health and safety practices and specific installation processes via our digital learning process that saves partners time and money while providing them with a pipeline of German-speaking talent.
