ABOUT US

Our organisation recruits and prepares international green technicians for Germany’s energy transition. We work as a bridge between the migrant and refugee community and companies working to reduce humanity’s carbon footprint.

Job Description:

  • Preparing lesson plans
  • Delivering lessons for groups or one-to-ones
  • Encouraging students to communicate in German to work on their speaking
  • Assigning homework & administering tests to identify each individual’s learning needs
  • Evaluating student work and maintaining records.

Qualification:

  • Must have a German degree
  • German Level must be Native equivalent
  • Previous experience of at least three years in private tutoring online of professionals in groups and one-on-one, backed with excellent student references.
  • Strong ability with digital tools for interactive learning activities

Benefits:

We offer an attractive hourly wage for independent freelancers with good personal- and time management skills. Selected candidates may also be invited to business development opportunities.

PROCESS:

When submitting your CV, please mention your expected hourly rate and your overall experience tutoring professionals online on a one-to-one and group basis starting from CEF A1. Also indicate how you manage your time and indicate who will replace you should you fall ill.
